Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as an active member?
An active member is any user who has had at least one conversation with Pastor Dave during the current billing month. Admins can view and manage active members from the dashboard. Members who haven't used the app that month don't count against your limit.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating member data between plans.
Is NHC pricing different?
New Horizon Church members have access to co-founder pilot pricing as our launch partner. For other churches interested in partnership rates, reach out to [email protected].
What happens if we exceed our active member limit?
If your church reaches the active member cap, new members won't be able to start conversations until the next billing month or until you upgrade. Admins receive an email warning when you're within 2 members of the limit.
